I am already a customer. How do I join Accelerate?
Since you are already in our system, we just need to make sure that you have enabled the e-commerce platform and then we can register you for Accelerate. Simply fill out the form above, and be sure to include your account number in the optional field.
(Oh, and since you are already a customer, your orders from the last 12 months count towards your starting reward level. A little bonus from us to you.)
Do I get points for previous orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot give you points for previous orders, but we let your last 12 months of orders define your starting reward level. That means you can start with a higher level of benefits already from day one.
When do I start earning points?
From your first dollar spent. Every single order earns you FlexPoints. The higher your status level, the more points and benefits you get.
